You can put whatever cover’s you like on the top to make a fully closed enclosure. We have floor anchors to fix the enclosure on the concrete ground. The enclosure's specifications are compliant with the legal requirements for keeping a "dangerous dog" under the meaning of the Domestic Animals Act 1994.
